SYNERGY is currently working in partnership with a number of clients on implementing an integrated process and customized package of cultural, leadership and organizational development tools (appropriately "dove-tailed" with SYNERGY’s CCA^SM Methodology and correlating CCA^SM results with other business performance indicators). Key metrics / areas of inquiry are measured consistently within the family of tools and are trended to provide a continuous stream of feedback on the most critical areas affecting the organizational culture and performance. An objective has been for all organizations to use the tools to self-assess and continuously improve their business performance; striving to enhance teamwork, communications and leadership capabilities in building and sustaining a high performance work culture.

A key goal has been to structure the elements and tools to add value and promote understanding based upon the built-in functionality and simplicity.
